There is nothing more frustrating than working with an issue or an individual, pouring valuable resources into them only to see nothing change. We can’t seem to figure out why our best efforts go nowhere. In truth, there may be deep dynamics operating within our family, work, or organizational system that are regulating the way we move within that system. The dynamics are hidden from view but keeping us from creating the workflow and freedom we want.
