Introducing The Circle Tool: Transform Your Understanding of System Dynamics
In 2024, Jodi Standke and I, Jamie Lee, set out to bring the powerful principles of Systemic Constellation Work to individuals and teams eager to understand their system dynamics—whether in families, leadership, teams, businesses, or organizations. We created The Circle Tool, a unique tabletop constellation tool, to make these insights accessible and actionable.
As we introduced The Circle Tool, the response was incredible. Not only did it transform the way people saw their systems, but it also opened up new perspectives and unexpected solutions.
The Circle Tool looks like a simple board game, but it has magic. By creating a 3-D representation of what is on your mind, you are able to gain new perspective and see solutions that otherwise have remained hidden - for you, leaders, teams and organizations.
